Shri Shirdi Saibaba Sansthan - Montebello

• Mandir was inaugurated on Jan 21, 2007 and Sri Sai Baba idol was installed on Feb 17, 2008 by Priest Sri Chandra Sekhar. Total area of the Mandir is 12,500sq.ft., with the main assembly hall measuring approx. 3,000sq.ft., front hall (where dhuni installed) is 1,080sq.ft. and Gurusthan approximately 300sq.ft. Sri Sai Baba statue measures 5ft. 6in. Inside mandir premises, a dhuni is located in the front hall and Sri Sai Baba’s idol is in the assembly hall. Gurusthan is located on the left side of the main hall with Baba's life size portrait and there is also a Sivalingam (sign representing the lord Siva). Small auditorium and kitchen are located right across the main premises.
• Book shelf is placed in the front hall with books related to Baba and other Saints in different languages like English, Telugu and Hindi. This Sai Baba Mandir is the first Shirdi Sai Baba temple in Southern California which was inaugurated on Jan 21, 2007 with Baba's life size portrait. Beautiful Baba statue was made in Jaipur with makhrana marble.
• Sikhara Pratishta (Installation of mandir top elevation) happened in Oct 2011. Main hall is extended to its present state and new front hall is added which has dhuni. Thousands of devotees from LA and Orange County visit temple on every Thursday and weekends.
